Gonçalo Almeida
Managing Partner
Gonçalo Almeida has developed his career in Commercial Real Estate Investment and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), having accumulated more than 5 years of experience and more than 100M€ of transactions. At the same time, he actively contributed to the development of one of Portugal's largest industrial areas.
Previously, he was Associate Director at Golden Real Estate, where he assisted investors in the strategic investment of capital in Portuguese property assets. Before that, he worked as a Consultant in the Capital Markets department at CBRE, focusing on the Porto investment market, and briefly as part of the operational management team overseeing Lagoas Park.
He holds a Master's degree in International Management with a specialisation in Finance and Investment from IE Business School, one of the top 10 business schools in Europe, having graduated from the Dean's List.
João Diogo Vieira
Head of M&A
João Diogo Vieira developed his career in the M&A sector, starting at PwC, during which he took part in several high-impact projects. Over the course of 4 years, he consolidated his technical and analytical skills, complemented by an FMVA (Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst) certification from the Corporate Finance Institute, reinforcing his ability to deal with complex financial transactions and create value for his clients.
With a degree in Management and a Master's degree in Management and Business Administration, with a specialisation in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from Católica Lisbon Business School, João Diogo Vieira has a solid academic background combined with robust practical experience in the financial sector. During his academic career, he was a member of the board of directors of the Católica Porto Investment Club, deepening his knowledge of investments and business strategies.

Leonardo Mota
Head of CRE
With a strong foundation in tax consulting and a proven track record in real estate, Leonardo Mota brings over 7 years of professional experience in helping businesses and individuals navigate complex markets.
Starting his career as a tax consultant, he worked with top-tier firms such as PwC and specialized law firms, advising clients on tax strategy, compliance, and cross-border operations. His expertise in corporate taxation led him to assist foreign companies in establishing and expanding their operations in Portugal, providing tailored solutions to ensure smooth market entry.
Previously, he was Associate Director at Golden Real Estate, where he assisted investors in the strategic investment of capital in Portuguese property assets.
Since he started in Commercial Real Estate Investment and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), he accumulated more than 5 years of experience and more than 80M€ of transactions.
