About Gonçalo
Gonçalo Almeida has developed his career in Commercial Real Estate Investment and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), having accumulated more than 5 years of experience and more than 100M€ of transactions. At the same time, he actively contributed to the development of one of Portugal's largest industrial areas.
Previously, he was Associate Director at Golden Real Estate, where he assisted investors in the strategic investment of capital in Portuguese property assets.

As Founder and Managing Partner of Harbor Partners, I lead the firm’s strategy and execution across Mergers & Acquisitions and Commercial Real Estate. My role focuses on originating and structuring complex transactions, advising institutional investors, family offices, and corporates, and expanding Harbor’s footprint in Portugal and internationally.
