The interview process associated with the Harbor Partners Open Day begins before the event.

After registration, candidates go through an initial screening interview focused on background, motivation, and alignment with Harbor Partners’ areas of activity. This stage allows us to ensure that Open Day participants have the appropriate profile and level of interest.

Selected candidates are then invited to take part in the Open Day, where they will have direct contact with the team, ongoing projects, and Harbor Partners’ way of working.

During the Open Day, some participants may also be invited to additional conversations or practical exercises, helping to further deepen the evaluation.

After the Open Day, standout profiles may progress to final interviews or selection processes for internships, collaborations, or future professional opportunities.

Applications for the Harbor Partners Open Day are open on a rolling basis. However, participation only takes place on the specific Open Day dates. After applying and completing the initial interview, eligible candidates are invited to the next available Open Day.

In other words, you can apply whenever you like, but attendance happens only on a specific Open Day, subject to invitation and availability of places.

The Open Day is aimed at final-year students, recent graduates, and young professionals with an interest in M&A, Commercial Real Estate, Asset Management, and Strategic Consulting. We are looking for curious, analytical profiles with a strong desire to learn in a demanding, hands-on environment.
