Forbes has announced the inclusion of Gonçalo Almeida in the Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe 2026 list, in the Finance category, recognizing his track record as Founder and Managing Partner of Harbor Partners.
The annual Forbes list highlights some of the most relevant young leaders, entrepreneurs, and investors across Europe, forming part of a global community of more than 12,000 members, including figures such as Mark Zuckerberg, Rihanna, Malala Yousafzai and Daniel Ek.

In its first full year of operations, Harbor Partners exceeded €100 million in closed transactions, spanning real estate, industrial, and financial services sectors. In parallel, the firm generated approximately €2 million in revenue and €1 million in EBITDA, reflecting disciplined and sustained growth.
For 2026, the firm is on track for significant growth, supported by team expansion, the strengthening of its business lines, and increased engagement with institutional investors.
Background and positioning
Prior to founding Harbor Partners at the age of 25, Gonçalo Almeida began his career at CBRE, one of the world’s leading real estate advisory firms.
He later assumed the role of Associate Director at 23, further developing his experience in advisory and larger-scale transactions.
Over the course of his career, he has led and closed more than €200 million in transactions, across multiple sectors and deal structures, combining corporate finance and real estate advisory expertise.
In parallel, he hosts the podcast “Deals com Gonçalo Almeida”, focused on conversations with business leaders and investors around decision-making, processes, and the realities behind transactions.
