With more than a decade of experience in management consulting and strategic advisory, Filipe Barros brings deep expertise in structuring complex projects and transactions across industries and geographies.
💼 Background
Filipe started his career at Delta Partners Ltd. in Dubai, later joining Kearney, where he spent over five years advising leading corporations and private equity funds across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. His projects ranged from post-merger integrations and procurement transformations to large-scale market assessments and commercial due diligences.
As an independent strategy consultant, Filipe supported clients worldwide in areas such as oil & gas, real estate, transportation, industrial, telecommunications, and private equity, successfully delivering high-impact projects from economic feasibility studies, financial modeling and organizational redesigns.
