With a strong academic background in Finance and Management, Maria Francisca Faria has been a key contributor to our M&A team, playing an essential role in the execution of complex transactions.
💼 Background
Maria Francisca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and a Master’s in Finance from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, complemented by international academic experiences at NEOMA Business School (France), ISM University of Management and Economics (Lithuania), and WU (Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien) (Austria). During her studies, she actively participated in the Católica Porto Investment Club, contributing to equity research and valuation projects, including the CFA Research Challenge 2024.
She previously gained hands-on experience as an M&A Analyst Intern, where she worked on company valuations, strategic buyer research, and private equity assessments across multiple sectors.

Since May 2025, Maria Francisca has been working on the backend of all our M&A deals, from preparing presentations and financial models to conducting in-depth analyses that support decision-making.
